I have been riding on a Kawasaki Z300 for a year now, riding with "Fury" (my bike name) is one of my stress relievers. I may sound weird but I like riding on a bike than in a car. I enjoy taking long rides and don't feel tired at all. The longest drive that I did for a year with my bike was 15 hrs in one day. I have been to many places in Thailand since I boughtFury from a friend. In a year, I have taken 14,000 Km and with those trips, I haven't tried riding on a race track. So when the rider groups aka "Touring Horses" invited me to do a racetrack ride, it excites me. Honestly, I was hesitant but then I joined because I wanted to improve my riding (especially on cornering), and the idea of having a good photoshoot on a race track excites me too ;).
Wangnoi Speed Avenue located at Pathum Thani, Bangkok is a good race track for beginners like me. They will let you use your bike and you don't need to remove some of your bike accessories. For new riders, membership costs ฿1,000.00, included in the membership is a whole day of practice, a free T-shirt, and a digital ID that you can use on your next visit. For the next use of the track, you will only pay ฿ 400.00. The staff are friendly, you can also order food from them in case you get hungry. Food is affordable and I could say good enough to feed your hunger. If you need to fill up your bike, they also have a gas pump (of course it isn't free).
And last but not the least, they took videos and photos of you while you are practicing on a track (this is actually my main reason why I went to the track, to have that nice and perfect racetrack photo hahaha ). Photos were awesome and my video was published on their Facebook page too ;). You can find the post here .
All I can say is that the ride was awesome!
Anyway, to find out more about this adventure, you can view the whole ride on my Youtube Channel
